No matter where your order is coming from, your products will be safely packed and sent to your doorstep. Getting your goods to you swiftly and safely is important to us. That's why we entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers. We pack every order carefully, believing that you will immediately fall in love with the products you have chosen.

Usual delivery time - 10-20 working days
Our delivery charges are intended to cover the processing of your order, handling and packing the products, and finally delivering them to you.
Please note, that all of our products are handmade to order, which means that we manufacture all items specially for the order. Manufacturing usually takesaround 5 working days, if not different in product page. Therefore items are dispatched within a week of ordering. Some items might have a longer manufacturing time and additional information about longer manufacturing time is given on a specific product page. In case we have the ordered item in stock, we will dispatch it within 2 days after the order is placed. However, please keep in mind that information about stock quantity is not provided on our website and you should normally expect items to be dispatched within a week (or longer, if a specific time is given in a product page).
All orders are sent with FedEx and DHL depending on the size of the parcel and its destination. You will receive a unique tracking number and a link to track your parcel's delivery status and progress.
Please note that the shipping as stated above is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches its destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Starting in the middle of January 2019 we introduced free shipping to orders that equal or exceed minimum required sum for ordered items. You can see them listed in the table at the top of the page. Please note that the shipping price is not included in this minimum required sum as it is calculated only by including the prices of ordered items.
Important: During this COVID-19 pandemic we are working as per usual. However, please note that there might be temporary adjustments in delivery time due to higher levels of security. So additional 5-10 working days may be added to total delivery time.
We also want to ensure that we are taking necessary measures to avoid any threats to our team members’ health. Also, all the parcels are handed to couriers ensuring safe distance and no physical contact.
Returning your product if it’s unwanted:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your items within 60 days following receipt or your parcel.
In any case the item must be returned in unused condition in its original package.
Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival or we sent you incorrect order please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange replacement of the goods or issue refund (we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges).
In case any defects occur after a period of time, return is possible if there are obvious manufacturing defects. In this case all returns must be approved by My Linen Home and the purchase of returned item must be not older that one year.
All linen fabrics and fabric samples can not be returned.
My Linen Home must approve all returns.

1. Please include the return form and fill in the code that best explains the reasons for your return.
2. Place the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box.

For your protection please ensure that your return is shipped with by Recorded Delivery (and it has a tracking number).
